What is ROLLAWAY SMART?
Reverse Smart – Rollaway Smart works to prevent heavy vehicle rollaway events due to operators failing to activate the Park Brake when exiting the vehicle.
Rollaway Smart works by constantly monitoring the following vehicle conditions:
– Door State (Opened/Closed)
– Park Brake State (On/Off)
– Driver Seat Occupied (Yes/No)
– Vehicle Speed (Above/Below 10kph)
Rollaway Smart will be triggered when the following vehicle scenarios are detected:
Vehicle Scenario One:
Park Brake – Off
Door State – Opened
Driver Seat Occupied – Yes
Rollaway Smart Actions:
In Cabin Voice Alert

Vehicle Scenario Two:
Park Brake – Off
Door State – Opened
Driver Seat Occupied – No
Rollaway Smart Actions:
In Cabin Voice Alert.
Applies Vehicles External Horn.
Applies Vehicles Brakes when vehicle speed is below 10kph.
